The lodge offers two cozy bedrooms: one with a queen bed for a peaceful night’s rest, and the second with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. For winter and outdoor enthusiasts, the property also includes a heated garage, perfect for storing snowmobiles or ATVs. Whether you're exploring nearby trails or unwinding indoors, the Cozy Trailside Lodge #2 has everything you need for a memorable stay!

Pet Policy - We love our four-legged friends and will consider well behaved pets with some restrictions and an additional pet fee. Please note that any missing or damaged items found after your stay will incur a charge. Cozy Trailside Lodge #2 is one of two units in the building. The units (#1 and #2) can be booked separately or together as a combination. Cozy Trailside Lodge #2 will be booked individually with this listing.

Great place to stay right on the snowmobile trail! Having the heated garage for our snowmobiles was so great. Gave us plenty of space to get let our gear dry out at night as well. The space was perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this place again.

Very nice house. Perfect for what we needed. Right off the trail. Probably the best part of the house is the heated garage that allows snowmobile access. Nothing better than jumping on a warm sled free of ice in the morning.

I booked this house last minute on a Sunday afternoon to take my wife and 2 boys snowmobiling (All our snow outside Rochester had melted). The time from booking the space, to getting inside was a matter of a few hours - including a 2.5hr drive! To say it was a fast and simple booking is an understatement. The unit we booked was clean and PERFECT for our trip. The heated garage was a major bonus that we weren't expecting. The snowmobile trails are less than a minute by snowmobile up the road. I've never used airbnb before, so I don't have a ton to compare to. But this went so smooth and we had such a great time, we are planning on coming again in February. A+, 5-star, highly recommend!

This house is Boonville was perfect for a few of us to use for a snowmobiling cabin, and the favorite part for us was the heated garage with racks and cubbies to store the gear. It was a perfect location as it’s right on the trail. The hosts Lissa and Rick were very welcoming and responsive. Will definitely be staying again

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous cabin in Boonville! The location was absolutely perfect, with direct access to snowmobile trails right from the house. It made for a seamless outdoor adventure, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy the snow. The house itself was stunning—exactly what you’d want from a cozy cabin. The interior was warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, capturing that perfect cabin feel. It had all the amenities we needed and more, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding and thoughtful touches throughout. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away in the area!
