The River Pines is a recent construction that offers a wonderful connection with nature, a fun place to gather around a fire pit, and a short drive to some local entertainment. There are two bedrooms plus a spacious loft area with a quiet place to work if you must! The cabin is an easy drive to the beautiful Alexandria Bay where you can take a day trip into Canada. Enjoy this piece of heaven.
Good to know
This cabin sits along the Independence River. It is private yet close to the town of Lowville if you want to be around people. You might just catch a glimpse of a bald eagle fly over as you relax outdoors, or, if you're lucky, you will see the river otters! The cabin is conveniently located one mile from horseback trails and beautiful hiking paths that become accessible to snowmobiles in winter months.
Other Details to Note
There are dressers in each bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen and small picnic table on back patio for your use. Relax with one of the many books, enjoy the games, or kick back and watch a movie when you're not out enjoying what nature has to offer. The cabin is not toddler- proofed. Children are welcomed but must be supervised. There is a Pack-n-Play for infants. There is NO smoking. Pet Policy - We love our four-legged friends and will consider well-behaved pets with some restrictions and an additional pet fee.
