Sometimes the mode can accidentally be changed to ECO, press the Mode button to change it back into Standard (ST) Mode, which will allow the temperature to be raised or lowered to your liking. Please note that the buttons need to be pressed hard! PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO HOT TUB WITH DIRTY FEET. There is a hose nearby that can be used to rinse off first. Gray towels by door are for hot tub use only and should not be mixed with white linens or towels in laundry. **Guests are subject to additional fees if hot tub is left dirty as it needs to be completely drained, cleaned, and refilled.** ***There are garbage bins outside for garbage and recycling. All garbage must be bagged, any guests who throw random items in bins will be charged an additional cleaning fee*** Please be a courteous pet owner, pick up any waste inside and outside and keep pets off furniture.

Amazingly responsive hosts, provided clear check in and check out instructions. Helpful guide tips for the area. The house was beautiful and so so clean. The weather was rainy our entire stay so my friends and I decided to stay in and hang. This house was perfect for that. We cooked and hung out and laughed and the comfortability of this house made it easy. And again…so so clean. We plan to return during the summer months.

Great find in Booneville! Loved the secluded area and the house is very nice. Updated and plenty of space for the two families to hang out. Driveway was right on a snowmobile trail for quick access. Plenty of parking for two trucks with trailers. Easy circle drive. Hot tub was very nice for the winter stay. Close to town but not too close. Looking to visit again! Thank you!

This place was absolutely incredible and serene! Check-in and out was quick and had easy to follow instructions, everything was spotless and the layout seemed very well thought out. The wide open floor plan was great for enjoying family time on our vacation! We took a beautiful, snowy walk down the road in the morning and unwound in the hot tub under the snowy skies every night. In addition to the perfect atmosphere, the hosts were so kind and responsive. We will absolutely be booking another vacation in the near future!

Wow! Riverside Lodge was everything and more. The home itself is extremely clean and has all amenities you would need. The beds, pillows, sheets felt like a 5 star hotel. The home is right on the river so our kids could play outside in the snow and we built a fire to hang out at night. We can't wait to return in the summer. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

It was great stay overall. My friends &’ I loved it. We had a great short getaway. We just wished , we had enjoyed the fire pit &’ the river outside but due to the snow , we couldn’t. We were all cozy &’ everyone fit just right. We loved the activity recommendations that were given to us. Everyone was so friendly! We hope to come back in the summer.

To say the least we had a spectacular time staying here. Ride right from the air b an b to the snowmobile trails. This was the perfect reset for us. Can't wait to come back!

This place was amazing. From the moment I walk in the front door I was like yep, they get it. Not only was it clean, cozy and exactly how it was described it had good quality linens, kitchen utensils and dishes. It was 100%, top notch, A+++ So many place cheap out T.P., paper towels, cleaners. Not this place. They want you to feel taken care of. My husband and I have owned rentals and know what goes into hosting them. So we really appreciate a well done home and stay. Also we were able to snowmobile right from the house so that was a huge benefit, and trails are right there and so easy to just hop on go. Thanks again for a great vacation we felt right at home. We will be back for sure.
