Sometimes the mode can accidentally be changed to ECO, press the Mode button to change it back into Standard (ST) Mode, which will allow the temperature to be raised or lowered to your liking. Please note that the buttons need to be pressed hard! PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO HOT TUB WITH DIRTY FEET. There is a hose nearby that can be used to rinse off first. Gray towels by door are for hot tub use only and should not be mixed with white linens or towels in laundry. **Guests are subject to additional fees if hot tub is left dirty as it needs to be completely drained, cleaned, and refilled.** ***There are garbage bins outside for garbage and recycling. All garbage must be bagged, any guests who throw random items in bins will be charged an additional cleaning fee*** Please be a courteous pet owner, pick up any waste inside and outside and keep pets off furniture.

Great experience and home if you’re looking to gather with family and friends. Enough space and room for everyone. The scenery is amazing and is equipped with everything you need for a fun weekend! Amenities were available for use and host was very responsive when we needed anything. Exactly as described on listing and even better in person!

Lissa and Rick’s house was amazing! The house was perfect for us. We stayed with 5 couples total and we all had plenty of room and felt right at home. The view out the back is to die for and sitting outside at the fire pit or in the hot tub was so nice with the river right there. Would definitely recommend and we will most likely plan a trip back in the near future!

What a beautiful, secluded, and peaceful place! Between the luxurious amenities, clean rooms, and gorgeous view of the river in the backyard, this place has it all! Our friends and I had a great time disconnecting and relaxing. Will definitely visit again! Lissa was extremely responsive, proactive, and helpful during our visit.

Absolutely loved our girls' weekend at this property. It was very clean and even better than the pictures. The property is stunning and perfect for a fall getaway weekend. Outdoor spaces had tons of seating and places to hang out. Hot tub was a great bonus. We were all incredibly impressed with how comfortable the mattresses were and how nice the bed linens are. We had a small hiccup when we checked in with the furnace/fireplace/stove (gas) but the owners responded immediately and had someone over to fix the issue within 15 minutes. Very professional! We would love to stay at this property again in the future!

Beautiful view from a great airbnb! I rented this house to have a peaceful 40th birthday celebration for myself. I specifically wanted to find an airbnb somewhere with a view of water in the fall, so we could do some outdoor landscape paintings, and also have a spooky movie marathon. The hottub was a bonus! This place was perfect for me and my 9 adult friends to have a low key weekend away. The beds were comfy and the deck was spectacular for drinking morning coffee. I brought my small dog and he had a blast sniffing all the corners of the backyard while we painted. I’d definitely rent this place again. The hosts were very responsive when I messaged them with questions about the tv setup for the movie marathon and local options for groceries and things. Thank you so much for using your space, it made for a memorable birthday!

We rented Lissa's place for a 12-person bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect. The location right on the water couldn't have been prettier. We made great use of the porch, yard, firepit, and kitchen. We would definitely recommend booking again.

Lissa and Rick were phenomenal hosts. We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday for the weekend with friends and family and the house had plenty of room to celebrate with everyone. We forgot candles for the birthday cake but as we were looking through the drawers, we found that Lissa and Rick remembered the occasion and left us candles, even the numbers 4 and 0 for 40, so incredibly thoughtful of them. We loved sitting out on the porch in the morning listening to the river and the birds, having fun in the hot tub, relaxing by the fire, and hanging in the bar/game room. The kids loved playing in the river all day fossil hunting and splashing around. The house was newly renovated, prestinely clean, and felt like a luxury getaway. Absolutely perfect spot and perfect place to celebrate and getaway with friends and family for the weekend. Tops grocery is right around the corner which was convenient for picking up last minute groceries. 10/10!!!
