Marten's Lodge sits directly on Brantingham Lake — a private retreat built for large groups who want space, lakeside fun, and access to everything the Adirondack foothills offer year-round. THE LODGE Six bedrooms sleep up to 14 guests across three queen beds, three full beds, and a sleeper sofa. Towels and linens included. Two full bathrooms. The living room centers on a gas-burning fireplace — the spot to gather after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen handles big-group meals without a squeeze, and the pool table is ready when dinner's done. ON THE WATER The large dock puts you directly on Brantingham Lake for boating, fishing, or lazy afternoons in the sun. The second-floor balcony delivers sweeping lake views — morning coffee here is unbeatable. OUTDOORS Fire pit for evening s'mores and stargazing. Gas grill for BBQs. Spacious yard and lakefront to spread out, play, and unwind. FOUR SEASONS OF ADVENTURE Summer: boat, ATV, hike, fish, golf (18-hole course nearby), or go horseback riding. Winter: snowmobile trails directly accessible from the lodge, three ski areas within 30 minutes, Breia cross-country trails close by. LOCATION Brantingham is a quiet, tight-knit lake community. Lowville and Boonville are a short drive for restaurants, shops, and supplies. Pets considered with a pet fee. Summer bookings (June–August) are 7-night minimum, Friday to Friday.
