Good to know

This space is a loft apartment, so going up stairs is required for entry (through the garage). The majority of the space is an open floor plan, with a comfy living area with a couch that is a pullout bed, and a full kitchen with plenty of space for preparing meals! The amenities are all brand new, as this space has just been completely renovated. The bedroom and bathroom are quite pleasant and suitable for all your needs.

1. Please wash any used dishes and leave to dry on dish drying mat. 2. Please remove all used sheets and pillowcases from the bed and/or sofa bed and leave them balled up on the floor. 3. Please take garbage outside prior to checking out. Dispose of it in the small dumpster located to the right of the garage behind a fenced enclosure. 4. Please be a courteous pet owner: Please try and keep pets off the couch, beds, and other furniture. Be sure to pick up your pet’s waste. **NOTE: Garbage pick-up is Friday morning. Please ensure to not park near the garbage storage area outside to the right of the garage. If they can't get to the bins, they won't pick it up. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!!

Secluded in the woods but only a few miles from town! Direct access to the S77D snowmobile trail, which will also take you to the Adirondack Sport Center, where snowmobiles are available for renting!

Guest access

You will have access to the two-stall garage, and will enter the loft apartment through said garage up the stairway. You will have the entire loft to yourselves!

The loft was perfect and accurately described. Direct snowmobile trail access right out of the back yard. Very responsive to any questions. The loft was extremely clean. I highly recommend staying here.

Had an awesome time staying here for our snowmobiling trip. Enough room for truck and trailer and we really liked being able to pull our snowmobiles in the heated garage when we got back. Access to the trail is literally behind the house! Super convenient! Hosts were very nice and responsive to any questions we may have had. Definitely recommend staying here!
