About

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This property includes two large houses with direct beach access to lake Ontario. It is ideal for large family getaways. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and building sand castles. Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.

Good to know

Wifi included at both houses. Central AC and heating in both houses. A washer and dryer is included in both houses. House #1: Closest to beach. Has 4 bedrooms and one loft with a large kitchen-dining room area. 1 bathroom. Deck with grill. Spacious living room with smart TV. Two other smart TV's in bedrooms. House #2: Closest to the road and the larger of the 2 houses. This house has 2 kitchens (one on the main floor, one in the basement), 3 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, and a large open kitchen-living room-dining room area. Desk space in master bedroom on main floor. This house has its' own deck and grill. There are 4 smart TVs in this house; two are 55" and located in common areas. Note about the grills: We do keep a propane tank at each house for the grills, but the tank levels are not monitored or maintained. If they run out, you may exchange the tanks at a nearby store. There is a pack n’ play (collapsible crib) in the master bedroom at each house should you need it. 4 ocean kayaks, lifejackets, and flotation devices are at the property for use. There is a fire pit area on the beach, closer to the small house off the deck, and between the two houses. There is your own private sandy beach access. The water is treated and safe to drink, however, we also have a 5-gallon water dispenser in the kitchen of each house if you prefer purified water. We do not provide the 5 gallon water jugs- you must bring those with you if you do not plan on drinking the tap water. Please take time to review the House Rules upon booking. This property belongs to an HOA and we will not be able to rent the property unless the rules are abided by ALL guests. Other Details to Note

Nightly prices do not include taxes and Airbnb fees. If you are interested in a one night stay during off season, it may be accommodated, but an additional cleaning fee would be charged to cover the cost of turning over the property. We have a minimum night stay of 3 nights in peak season (May-September) and do not allow one night stays.

House rules

No fireworks Smoking outside only Please empty ash from fire pit into woods, not on the beach Please do not touch the extra linens- they are for the housekeepers. If you require clean sheets, you can wash the ones on your bed and put them back on. Please leave the Emergency lane/public access lane clear (it is the driveway on the left hand side when pulling into the property). All garbage put in the dumpster must be bagged. The lid on the dumpster must be kept down at all times- we do not want to attract animals. Quiet hours are from 11pm-sunrise. Please be mindful of the neighbors if you are using the hot tubs, firepits, or deck spaces late at night. You have access to the beach front directly in front of the property- please be mindful of neighbors and limit your spreading out to just in front of our property. Neighbors like to be able to use their beachfront (which they own) as they please without disruption from others. Walking the length of the beach is permitted and acceptable. Per our Home Owners Association: -The road speed limit is 10mph for all vehicles. Incoming trafic has the right of way. -Dogs must be on a leash and owners must pick up after their dogs. -No motorized vehicles allowed on the beach at any time. -No jet skis within 500 feet of the beach shore and/or swimmers -Yield to oncoming boats, trailers, and emergency vehicles

Accessibility

Neighborhood

This property is 5-10 minutes from Southwick Beach State Park, Robert G Wehle State Park, and Westcott Beach State Park. Great location if you enjoy fishing, swimming, and boating. We are 30 minutes from Watertown, NY, 1 hour drive to Alexandria Bay and the spectacular Boldt Castle in the Thousand Island region if you want to do a few day trips. We are also an hour from the Canadian border. Syracuse, NY is 1 hour south of our location and is a great shopping destination.
