About

Welcome to Littlefield Lake House! This is one of two houses on this property (closer to the beach) with direct beach access to beautiful Lake Ontario. The sandy beach is perfect for lounging and building sand castles. This house can be rented on its' own or with the other house (see other listings on my profile). Nightly rates are increased for less than one week bookings and vary, please message for details on pricing. We provide discounted rates for bookings greater than 1.5 weeks.

Good to know

There are many rooms in this house making it perfect for a family vacation (4 bedrooms and 1 loft). Please note there is no door to the loft. We have a large deck and grill for outdoor dining and a cozy living room area with smart TV and couches. Two additional smart TV's located in bedrooms. Central AC and heating throughout the house. Wifi throughout the house. Washer and dryer available for your use. There is a grill available for use on the deck. We do keep a propane tank at the property for the grill, but the tank levels are not monitored or maintained. If they run out, you may exchange the tanks at a nearby store. We have two ocean kayaks, life jackets, and flotation devices available for use. There is a pack n’ play (collapsible crib) in the master bedroom should you need it. The water is treated and safe to drink, however, we also have a 5-gallon water dispenser in the kitchen if you prefer purified water. We do not provide the 5-gallon water jugs- please be sure to bring your own if you want filtered water. Please take time to review the House Rules upon booking. This property belongs to an HOA and we will not be able to rent the property unless the rules are abided by ALL guests. The house rules are also posted at the property and available in the Welcome binder.

Other Details to Note

Nightly prices do not include taxes and Airbnb fees. We have a minimum night stay of 3 nights in peak season (May-September) and do not allow one night stays.

House rules

No fireworks Smoking outside only Please empty ash from fire pit into woods, not on the beach Please do not touch the extra linens- they are for the housekeepers. If you require clean sheets, you can wash the ones on your bed and put them back on. Please leave the Emergency lane/public access lane clear (it is the driveway on the left hand side when pulling into the property). All garbage put in the dumpster must be bagged. The lid on the dumpster must be kept down at all times- we do not want to attract animals. Quiet hours are from 11pm-sunrise. Please be mindful of the neighbors if you are using the firepits or deck spaces late at night. You have access to the beach front directly in front of the property- please be mindful of neighbors and limit your spreading out to just in front of our property. Neighbors like to be able to use their beachfront (which they own) as they please without disruption from others. Walking the length of the beach is permitted and acceptable. Per our Home Owners Association: -The road speed limit is 10mph for all vehicles. Incoming traffic has the right of way. -Dogs must be on a leash and owners must pick up after their dogs. -No motorized vehicles allowed on the beach at any time. -No jet skis within 500 feet of the beach shore and/or swimmers -Yield to oncoming boats, trailers, and emergency vehicles

Accessibility

Neighborhood

We are 5-10 minutes from Southwick Beach State Park, Robert G Wehle State Park, and Westcott Beach State Park. Great location if you enjoy fishing, swimming, and boating. We are 30 minutes from Watertown, NY, 1 hour drive to Alexandria Bay and the Thousand Island region and the spectacular Boldt Castle if you want to do a few day trips. We are also an hour from the Canadian border. Syracuse, NY is 1 hour south of our location and is a great shopping destination.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house and share the beach front with guests staying at other house on property. House access through lock box. Code will be provided at time of booking.
