With this listing, you get the whole property which includes the Cabin and the Loft above the garage. Cabin-This is a beautiful log cabin set among a lovely and peaceful coniferous forest. It has just undergone a complete renovation. You will have plenty of space whether you are a large family or group, or a couple getting away for a secluded retreat. There are 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with king sized bed, and master bath, with the entire second floor yours for your privacy. On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and another bathroom in the same hallway. The kitchen and living area are quite large and are fully stocked to meet all of your needs. There is a large mudroom upon entry to the house, which is perfect for hanging all of your snow gear after a day of riding or skiing. The basement has a vast room with bunk beds, which will sleep eight people! There are large flat screen TVs in the master bedroom, the bunk room in the basement, and the living room. Guests will also have access to the laundry room and to the detached garage. Cabin and Full Property guests can enjoy the new Hot Tub! Loft- This space is a loft apartment, so going up stairs is required for entry (through the garage). The majority of the space is an open floor plan, with a comfy living area with a couch that is a pullout bed, and a full kitchen with plenty of space for preparing meals! The amenities are all brand new, as this space has just been completely renovated. The bedroom and bathroom are quite pleasant and suitable for all your needs.

House Rules

1. Please run the dishwasher or hand-wash any used dishes and leave to dry on dish drying mat. 2. Please remove all used sheets and pillowcases from the bed(s) and bring them and all used towels downstairs to the laundry area in the basement. 3. Please then start a full load of sheets and/or towels in the washing machine. 4. Please take garbage outside prior to checking out. Dispose of it in the small dumpster located to the right of the garage behind a fenced enclosure. 5. When using the hot tub, please make sure that the bar is down in the middle first. Fold up the half closest to the hot tub stairs over the bar, then fold the whole cover up away from the stairs gently. There are a few different buttons for jets, lights, cool and warm settings. Please replace the hot tub cover each time you are done using it. At all times children will be supervised if in or around the hot tub. Please do not sit or place anything on hot tub cover. 6. Please do not touch or move any of the logs/items inside the fireplace. 7. Please be a courteous pet owner: Please keep pets off the couch, beds, and other furniture. Be sure to pick up your pet’s waste both inside and outside. 8. Please do not move any dishes from the Loft or Cabin, to the other. Each space has a specific set of kitchen items. ***HOT TUB RULES/INFORMATION*** Press the "warm" button, followed by the "light" button, until you see "ST" on the screen. This puts the hot tub into Standard Mode. Once it is in Standard Mode, you will be able to adjust the temperature up or down. Please do not push any buttons other than those on instructions, as it is very easy to change the mode to from Standard to Economy. PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO HOT TUB WITH DIRTY FEET. There is a hose nearby that can be used to rinse off first. Gray towels by door are for hot tub use only and should not be mixed with white linens or towels in laundry. *Guests are subject to additional fees if hot tub is left dirty as it needs to be completely drained, cleaned, and refilled.* **There is an extra guest fee for any additional guests over the amount of 12.** ***NOTE: Garbage pick-up is Friday morning. Please ensure to not park near the garbage storage area outside to the right of the garage. If they can't get to the bins, they won't pick it up. *** All garbage must be bagged, any guests who throw random items in bins will be charged an additional cleaning fee*** Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!!

Secluded in the woods but only a few miles from town! Direct access to the S77D snowmobile trail, which will also take you to the Adirondack Sport Center, where snowmobiles are available for renting!

We absolutely loved the house! It looked exactly like the pictures—new, clean, and beautifully decorated for Christmas and New Year, which made our stay feel extra special. The thoughtful decor really added to the holiday spirit. The only minor suggestion we have is that it would be great to have a big dining table in the main house, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Everything else was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this place!

We all enjoyed our trip here! The house is beautiful and everything you could need it there. We enjoyed the hot tub but even more than that we enjoyed the string game so much that we ordered one for our house! We will definitely be planning on coming back again and can't say enough good things about our host!

This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for! We stayed the weekend of our wedding we had a great rehearsal dinner with our friends and family and our photographer was able to get some beautiful pictures of our wedding party thanks to this property! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive! If you’re looking for a place to host a special night this is a great option!

The house is gorgeous on a lovely property! The owners responded very quickly when we had questions. The only downside was a lack of a dining table in the main house, but because of another review we brought a table for our kids to eat at so they didn't make a mess on the couches
