THE COTTAGE Four bedrooms sleep 9 across two king beds and five twins. Towels and linens included. Two full bathrooms. The living room centers on a wood-burning fireplace, and heated floors keep things cozy year-round. The screened-in porch is where mornings actually happen — coffee, trees, no bugs. KITCHEN & GATHERING SPACES The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops — built for group cooking. Smart TV, WiFi, washer, and dryer included. OUTSIDE Back deck, fire pit, and a spacious yard are the real social hubs. Gas grill for BBQs. WATER ACCESS Shared community beach is a 5-minute walk — swimming, sun, and lakeside time. Boat launch is 5 minutes by car. FOUR SEASONS Summer: swim, boat, fish, hike, or day-trip to Old Forge (30 min). Winter: snowmobile trails directly accessible, three ski areas within 30 minutes, Breia cross-country trails nearby. LOCATION Remsen is a quiet, wooded community. Boonville and Old Forge are short drives for restaurants, shops, and supplies. Pets considered with restrictions and a pet fee.
