Cabin in the Pines W/ Hot tub

1. Please run the dishwasher or hand-wash any used dishes and leave to dry on dish drying mat. 2. Please remove all used sheets and pillowcases from the bed(s) and bring them and all used towels downstairs to the laundry area in the basement. 3. Please then start a full load of sheets and/or towels in the washing machine. 4. Please take garbage outside prior to checking out. Dispose of it in the small dumpster located to the right of the garage behind a fenced enclosure. 5. When using the hot tub, please make sure that the bar is down in the middle first. Fold up the half closest to the hot tub stairs over the bar, then fold the whole cover up away from the stairs gently. There are a few different buttons for jets, lights, cool and warm settings. Please replace the hot tub cover each time you are done using it. At all times children will be supervised if in or around the hot tub. Please do not sit or place anything on hot tub cover. 6. Please do not touch or move any of the logs/items inside the fireplace. 7. Please be a courteous pet owner: Please keep pets off the couch, beds, and other furniture. Be sure to pick up your pet’s waste inside and outside. ***HOT TUB RULES/INFORMATION*** Press the "warm" button, followed by the "light" button, until you see "ST" on the screen. This puts the hot tub into Standard Mode. Once it is in Standard Mode, you will be able to adjust the temperature up or down. Please do not push any buttons other than those on instructions, as it is very easy to change the mode to from Standard to Economy. PLEASE DO NOT GET INTO HOT TUB WITH DIRTY FEET. There is a hose nearby that can be used to rinse off first. Gray towels by door are for hot tub use only and should not be mixed with white linens or towels in laundry. **Guests are subject to additional fees if hot tub is left dirty as it needs to be completely drained, cleaned, and refilled.** **NOTE: Garbage pick-up is Friday morning. Please ensure to not park near the garbage storage area outside to the right of the garage. If they can't get to the bins, they won't pick it up. *** All garbage must be bagged, any guests who throw random items in bins will be charged an additional cleaning fee*** Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!!

Guests will have access to the entire Cabin, including the laundry room in the basement, and to the detached garage. The Loft above the garage is a separate listing.
