We rented Kevin’s place for a short snowmobiling weekend and the location right on the trail was great. It’s on the connector trail S77D that conveniently puts you right into the main trail system on C7B or C7C. We’ve never rode this area before so that information in the listing description would’ve been super helpful!
Overall, the space was clean, plenty of room and beds were comfortable. The heated garage was a major plus to pull our sleds in out of the weather and to leave gear in. They even provide a lift if you find yourself with some mechanical issues. As a heads up, they leave the thermostats (upstairs and downstairs) at 55 for your arrival in the winter. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin’s place was a perfect location for snowmobiling. Trail in the backyard and heated garage to pull sleds in was perfect. House was very clean and accommodating. Close to restaurants and peaceful scenery right outside the door. Being able to bring our dog was so nice. She had a great time playing I. The big back yard and walking on the quiet street. Kevin was helpful, accommodating, and quick to respond. Will come again for sure!

From start to finish this was a incredible find! Kevin was amazing and answered all of our questions in virtual realtime. The house was beautiful in a picturesque setting. I grew up in upstate NY and come back there every year during the winter, this felt like I was coming home. Thank you Kevin, we look forward to staying with you again!!!

Everything in the house was cohesive. House is well put together with regard to amenities.
Snowmobile trail right from the house.
Beautiful surroundings.
Plenty of room to park vehicles/trailers.
Access to heated garage was really a great plus!
